Comfort Inn & Suites Rocklin

My husband and I use this hotel when we come up for family who live in Rocklin. It's very convenient and clean. Added bonus is it's right across the street from a Starbucks and Safeway. Staff are usually very nice and friendly.

I love everything about the hotel except the parking situation. One night, the lights did not come on and it was pitch dark and two of the days there were work trucks taking up many of the parking spots. Other than that, it was mere perfection.

Conveniently located. Very comfortable and quiet. Lovely room, great breakfast. I stayed on Christmas Eve and had a most relaxing evening. I loved my room. I felt safe, secure and well cared for. This was my little Xmas present, which I needed so much after so much stress.

I like the friendly staff . One I really enjoy talking to and seeing is Sheila I believe oh and Lucy. They both always look very nice and make you feel comfortable always smiling and attentative to your needs. The whole staff even the maids but Sheila is very good.

It wasn’t the best bed or best view or best location I’ve ever had (tho those were all fine), but it WAS the best stay in years because of the front desk staff. You weren’t treated by some people putting on airs or doing the whole “Yes sir, thank you madam” front desk clone thing. Instead you were treated like an old friend they were happy to see and while they bent over backwards you really just wanted to stay and chat with them. Chat messages through booking.com were answered quickly (especially by Zack at night) and front desk requests were handled with a sly smirk where they blended with my personality easily, while then promptly treating the put-out older gentleman with the respect he deserved.
